Replacement parts
The bracket, clip or knob that's discontinued, unobtainable, or costs more to ship than to remake. Send a photo and measurements, or the broken original.
Functional prints
Heated-chamber printing means ASA, ABS and engineering blends — parts that hold up to heat, UV and outdoor use rather than warping in a car in January.
Prototypes & iterations
Fast turnaround on successive versions while a design settles down, before committing to tooling or a larger run.
Short production runs
Tens rather than thousands. The awkward middle ground where injection moulding makes no sense and hand-making takes too long.
How it works
- Send what you've got. A 3D file, a sketch, a photo with dimensions, or the broken part itself.
- We'll quote it. Material, size and print time drive the price — you'll get a figure and a lead time before anything starts.
- Approve and print. For anything unusual we'll print a test piece first rather than guess.
- Collect or post. Local pickup around Brisbane, or posted anywhere in Australia.
Your files or ours. We print customer-supplied models, and we can design from scratch if you've only got a photo and a tape measure. We don't sell prints of other people's designs — most free models are licensed for personal use only.
